1. Heat up the roller bearing with lubricating oil, and fill each lubricating oil cup with lubricating oil (grease); remove all tools and other sundries on the beam and frame of the calender.
2. When the roller bearing lubricating oil is heated to 80°C, start the lubricating oil circulating oil pump, and adjust the bearing lubricating oil circulation flow and the oil pressure of the circulating oil to 0.2-0.4MPa. The lubricating oil flow to the left and right bearings of the roller is nearly equal. Lubricating oil flow rate is 6-8L/min.
3. Start the lubricating oil circulating oil pump in the gear reducer to check whether the lubricating oil supply is in place; note that the lubricating oil flow at the high-speed bearing is larger, control it at 0.4-0.6L/min, and the lubricating oil flow at the low-speed bearing is smaller, control At 0.3-0.5L/raino.
4. Start the circulating oil pump of the hydraulic system, discharge the air in the oil cylinder and the oil pipeline, adjust the working oil pressure of the circulating oil used in various parts of the hydraulic system, the oil pressure of the pull-back oil cylinder system is 3.5MPa, and the oil pressure of the cross-axis oil cylinder system is 5MPa.
5. After supplying lubricating oil to each part for 10 minutes, start the working motor of the roller at low speed. Adjust the speed ratio between the rollers according to the process requirements, and test the accuracy of the emergency stop button and the reliability of the brake parts. After pressing the emergency stop button, the continuous rotation of the roller should not exceed 3/4 of the circumference.
6. The roller is heated by heating medium.
7. Check whether the working current of the main motor of the roller is normal, and the power of the main motor should not exceed 15% of the rated power. Check whether the running sound of each transmission part is abnormal, and whether the rotation of each transmission part and roller is stable.
8. Start the heat-conducting medium circulation pump, and the roller starts to heat up; the heating speed of the roller should be slow, and the temperature of the roller should be about 30°C per hour.
9. Reduce the distance between each roller, which is slightly larger than the production requirement.
10. When the heating temperature of the rollers rises to the temperature required by the process, the rollers start to feed, and the initial feeding amount should be small and even, and the materials are fed between the rollers first. After the material supply is normal, properly adjust the temperature difference and speed ratio of each roller according to the condition of the melt-wrapped roll until the melt-wrapped roll operates normally. Fine-tune the distance between the rollers according to the product thickness and dimension accuracy requirements. If the thickness of the product is less than 0.20mm, the shaft crossing device can be used, and the roller anti-bending device and preload device can be adjusted as appropriate.
11. Adjust each auxiliary device to make the thickness of the product within the tolerance range required by the precision. After all adjustments are normal, the production of calendered plastic film continues.
12. After the production task is completed, stop measuring and feeding.
13. Reduce the roller speed to the minimum.
14. When the molten material between the rollers is almost gone, immediately increase the distance between the rollers, and the adjusted roller distance should not be less than 3mm.
15. After the roller distance is increased, release the anti-bending of the roller and the oil cylinder of the preload device to restore the original shape of the roller, and then adjust the axis to cross back to zero.
16. Stop the heating of the thermal medium for heating the roller, and the roller starts to cool down.
17. Remove the residual melt on the roller surface.
18. When the surface temperature of the roller drops to 80°C, the motor that drives the roller to rotate can be stopped.
19. Stop the heat transfer medium circulation pump after the roller stops rotating for 10 minutes.
20. Stop the circulating oil pump of the hydraulic system, and stop the circulating oil pump of the lubricating oil.
21. Completely remove all sundries and oil stains on the roller surface and equipment. If the shutdown time is long, anti-rust oil should be applied to the roller surface, and an anti-collision protective layer should be added to the roller surface.
22. Turn off the cooling water circulation pump.
23. Cut off the power supply of the equipment in the power supply line.
